It starts with a picture. You can mail or email Katie good quality photos and/or a set of architectural drawings. If you live near Summit County, Colorado or Lake Tahoe, Katie can come to your home and take the photos herself and create some inital sketches. For an architectural rendering, send Katie the construction drawings and a color board.

From the photo and sketches an ink rendering is created.

Next, a watercolor wash is applied.

Finally, the finished product!
